For this piece I choose the “swipe” method. First, in a row from bottom to top, I poured each of the 6 colors, tightly next to one another. I then used a sheet of paper towel and drug it ever so gently from bottom to top. Each color what subtlely pulled into the next. I then tip the edges of canvas to stretch and cover the entire surface, causing the swipe to become distorted and wavy. I called it Terrene because of its earthy tones and layers...
