I went crazy on the color with this one. I don’t even remember how many I used, but it was a lot of them, as you can see! Similar to Night Bloom, I poured most of the colors in the middle, with some rings around it. But, unlike Night Bloom, I used the blow dryer a bit more aggressively . Instead of short pushes, I pushed from the center to the edge of the canvas. I wanted the colors to roll over each other so when it settles and flattens, it would create a plethora of rippling coloration. It looks as if something has just exploded — Something gaseous and liquid. I think of a dying star finally meeting its end…
